My name is Lisa Dover and I am so excited to continue working with Country's many children & families.
As a Student & Family Specialist, my goal is to assist students to achieve success and growth in their social and emotional lives.  I also strive to provide support to parents and staff in creating and maintaining an environment supportive of learning and student achievement.
I hope to meet these goals by providing the following services at Country Elementary schools:

• Facilitate individual and group sessions for students addressing emotional, social and personal needs.  Some of these groups include  Changing Families (Divorce), Grief & Loss and Self-Esteem.
• Provide community resources and referrals as needed to students and families.
• Conduct monthly Lifeskills lessons to all grades and run whole-school activities relating to the Lifeskill Word-of-the-Month.
• Provide classroom support to teachers
